We take your privacy very seriously. The information we obtain is kept secure and confidential, and we only disclose as much information as neccessary to broker the deal. We abide by the provisions of the Privacy Act and the 10 National Privacy Principles.

Tax File Number (TFN)

We remove the TFN from paperwork we forward to other parties.

Electronic records

Electronic records are stored on password-protected encrypted hardware with offsite backups.

Paper records

Paper records are stored securely and shredded when no longer required.
